You can skip 1 month every 6 months
Request the skip at least 7 days before your billing date
You won’t be charged the normal monthly subscription price for the skipped month

HEAVY MATERIALS
Heavy Items & Special Materials
Some materials can cost more to dispose of because they are extremely heavy or require special handling.
Examples include:
Concrete
Dirt
Gravel
Rocks
Tile
Bricks
Roofing materials
Large amounts of wood
Other unusually heavy materials
How we handle it
If your junk contains heavy materials, we’ll look at the amount and determine the additional cost.
We will tell you the additional price BEFORE removing the heavy material.
You must approve the additional price before we remove it.
No surprise heavy-material charges.
